Building Surveyor

O'Neill & Brennan are assisting a fast gowing building surveying business based in Central London in order to recruit a Building surveyor at APC level (minimum AssocRICS).

As Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for;

- conducting detailed building surveys and inspections to RICS guidelines

- prepare accurate and comprehensive RICS Home surveys Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3

- advice on the design, construction & maintenance of residential and commercial properties

- conduct insurance valuations and assessments

- co-ordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time

We are looking for someone with;

- minimum APC Level, AssocRICS

- knowledge of building regulations & planning, RICS guidelines, diagnision building defects

- Full Uk driving licence
