Our leading Building surveying practice client are seeking a new Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis. Working with exclusive clients on exciting projects, you will play a key role in project management, stock condition in addition to providing client support and advice.

Your role will include:
- Project Management & contractor oversight
- Condition Surveys & investigating building defects
- Budget management & ensuring smooth project delivery
- License to Alter & Party Wall matters
Experience needed:
- Proven Building surveying experience
- Keen to progress, develop and elevate within the business
- proactive approach and ability to maintain client relationships
