Job Description- The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.- A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).- Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload.- Social Housing surveying experience (not essential).- Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.- A good understanding of damp, mould and condensation.- Office based.- Access to pool vehicles

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEHND/C Building with demonstrable post qualification experience of BSc Building and 2 years post qualification experience: Or• Proven experience in Demonstrable Building surveying experience•Proven supervisory experienceAbility to effectively manage the technical workload of the Technical Quality Team
