This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a growing consultancy who work on a variety of interesting projects in the Commercial sector, where you will have ample opportunity for training and chartership all whilst they look to progress you within the company.

They offer these this diverse range of services on a plethora of different projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors. Recently they have seen a great increase in workload, that is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this great opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, which will include visiting different sites across London and conducting various surveys for clients. you will then be responsible for preparing, negotiating and agreeing schedule of conditions and dilapidations. As well as that you will then be responsible for preparing and agreeing part wall awards and assist preparation of tender documentation. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior members of the team and assuring monthly targets and billings are met.

The ideal candidate will be a Building Surveyor with experience within Commercial experience to be able to hit the ground running, as well as being AssocRICS and is looking to actively pursue their chartership.

• AssocRICS qualified
• Good experience within the Commercial Sector

• Happy and able to travel to different sites across London
