A slick West End based building consultancy is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Building Surveyor MRICS. The forward-thinking practice boasts an impressive client portfolio and diverse range of projects.
I am looking for a well-rounded professional to compliment the already successful team, you will benefit from a collaborative and friendly working environment. The practice operates in a mature manner and offer a healthy work to life balance.
The department is currently managing schemes in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Projects typically range from 100k - 2million and are located in London and surrounding home counties. Schemes include fit-out, refurbishment, maintenance and retrofit programmes.
You the successful Building Surveyor will be offered a competitive financial package which includes a lucrative performance related bonus scheme. You will be truly rewarded for your hard work and be given the opportunity to achieve full Directorship status.

Building Surveyor
- BSc in Building Surveying
- Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards this accreditation
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
