An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Building Surveyor to join a well-regarded firm in central London. This is a fantastic role for an individual who is eager to develop their career within the property and construction sector, offering exposure to a wide variety of projects across both commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing building surveying services across a diverse range of properties.
  • Conducting inspections and surveys, preparing detailed reports.
  • Managing and advising on building projects from inception through to completion.
  • Engaging in dilapidation assessments and schedules of condition.
  • Offering expert advice to clients on property-related matters.
  • Collaborating with senior surveyors and assisting in business development efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Newly qualified (MRICS), with up to two years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction, regulations, and surveying practices.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and surveying software.
