Key Responsibilities of this role to include;

  • Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis.
  • Provide expert advice on party walls, dilapidations, and refurbishment projects.

  • Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and professional advice documents.

The ideal applicant for this position will possess;

  • MRICS qualification (essential).
  • Proven consultancy experience in building surveying within the UK market.
