We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Building Surveyor with strong consultancy experience to join the London team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to contribute to a growing company and work on a variety of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities of this role to include;
- Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis.
- Provide expert advice on party walls, dilapidations, and refurbishment projects.
- Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and professional advice documents.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
The ideal applicant for this position will possess;
- MRICS qualification (essential).
- Proven consultancy experience in building surveying within the UK market.
- Strong knowledge of relevant building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and reporting tools.
