The Opportunity
A leading property consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their expanding London team, following a fourth consecutive year of growth in the Building Consultancy team. You’ll be joining a team of 30 Building Surveyors within a well-established, multidisciplinary environment. You will be doing a mixture of professional and project work depending on the needs of the business and they work with a mixture of funds, property companies, occupiers and public sector clients.

Candidate Requirements

MRICS (or nearing completion of APC)

Background in property or construction consultancy

BSc in Building Surveying or related discipline
