An established real estate consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its expanding London team. This role offers the chance to work on a strong pipeline of high-profile refurbishment and ESG-led projects, primarily within the industrial and real estate space.

This is an ideal opportunity for a surveyor looking to hit the ground running, take ownership of key client relationships, and help drive the delivery of projects ranging from 250K up to 10m. The successful candidate will have had prior exposure to areas of professional surveying such as dilapidations, party wall, and project monitoring work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of refurbishment projects, primarily within the industrial and logistics sector.
  • Manage a portfolio of work, acting as the main point of contact for key clients.
  • Take projects from inception to completion, including specifications, budgeting, invoicing, and programme delivery.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues and actively contribute to service development.
  • Drive business development activities, including cross-selling services and building your own client base.
  • Provide excellent client care and maintain strong, long-term stakeholder relationships.

Candidate Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with strong technical delivery capability.
  • Proven experience in managing refurbishment and fit-out projects up to 10m+.
  • Commercially aware, with specific exposure to the industrial sector.
  • Confident in leading projects and managing client relationships independently.
