Our client, a leading property consultancy, based near Covent Garden, are currently seeking an experience Chartered Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. In this position the successful candidate will be working on a variety of projects from the commercial and residential sector varying in size predominately within that medium to large scale. This consultancy pride themselves in providing the highest level possible and their goal is to help their clients maximizing the value of their property assets, through their expert advice and guidance.

It envisaged that the successful candidate has prior experience within a similar role, consultancy experience is advantageous.

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview

  • Overseeing an exciting portfolio of varied projects, across different sectors, (medium to large-scale) from inception to completion
  • Managing and undertaking professional services instructions including pre-acquisition and condition surveys, due diligence reports, dilapidations negotiations, and party wall advice
  • Engaging and maintaining client relationships ensuring an excellent end-to-end service
  • Supporting business development initiatives by generating repeat business and winning new instructions

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Building Surveying experience - Project experience desired
  • A professional degree within Building Surveying
  • Full driving license
  • MRICS qualified
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • AutoCAD experience and knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Chartered Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

  • Salary dependent on experience, with the typical industry range for this position being £50k - £65K
  • Discretional bonus based on company and team performance
