An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join a leading property consultancy in South East London. Our client is well-known for delivering expert services across a wide range of residential projects. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering high quality surveying services to an varied portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed building surveys and preparing reports for a variety of property types.
  • Providing advice on defects, contract admin, specifications and maintenance strategies.
  • Managing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring all work is compliant with building regulations and client specifications.
  • Leading on client relationships and acting as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Overseeing junior surveyors and providing mentoring and guidance.

Key Requirements:

  • MRICS Chartered status is essential.
  • Proven experience in building surveying, ideally at Chartered level.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, defects, and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive and organised approach to project delivery.
