The Building Surveyor's Role
As the Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering value-driven surveying solutions, managing projects from inception through to completion. You'll be responsible for providing technical advice, project oversight, and client-facing support across a wide portfolio of public and private sector work.
Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, you'll ensure quality outcomes, promote best practice, and contribute to the wider success of a high-performing team.
The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
* MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body
Experience:
* Proven track record in technical delivery and project management
* Strong working knowledge of JCT Contracts
* Experience working in a consultancy environment
* Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising workloads
* Ability to manage projects from design through to completion
