A qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) sought to join a well established and successful sustainability consultancy that is looking for an experienced OCDEA to work remotely, contributing from day one.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least two years of experience in a similar role
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Ideally have experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
- Be familiar with planning and Part L building regulations
- Ability to calculate U-values and Thermal Bridging
- Experience with Level 3 and 4 Commercial EPCs preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver a high volume of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure client compliance with Part L and timely EPC issuance
- Provide high-quality consultancy services and written reports at planning and construction stages to meet planning requirements and building regulations Part L
- Leverage team resources to ensure clients receive prompt, high-quality advice and assessments.
