TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition SurveyorsandDomestic Energy Assessorson a6 MONTHcontract starting MID NOVEMBER in/aroundNorth Londonto surveyOVER 6000 properties.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.
- Outside IR35 role
- Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates - 250 to 350 a day
- Over 6000 properties to be surveyed - mixture of EPCs Only. Stock Only also Stock and EPCs.
- Properties located in/around West London - Kensington/Chelsea.
- Team of 6 surveyors required - refer a friend for a JOB!
- Full training provided and PAID
- Appointments/letter dropping every 2/3 weeks - ID Badges provided and letter of authority for door knocking..
- 6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
- Lodgement fee is paid by the client.
