In this role, the successful estimator will be responsible for planning and determining costs for construction and demolition projects, as well as tracking labour and material costs and leading the Junior Estimator of the company.
The ideal Estimator would have come from a similar background, with a broad spectrum of knowledge in construction and previous experience as an Estimator for construction projects, working with groundworks, concrete frames and drainage.
The Role:
- Estimating costs for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage
- Responsible for the Junior Estimator
- Can work with confidence independently
The Person:
- Good, relative experience as an Estimator in construction
- Knowledge of estimating for groundworks, new concrete frames and drainage
