Position Overview:As a Fire & Security Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning vital fire and security systems, with a primary focus on fire safety solutions. This field-based role offers exciting opportunities to work on a variety of high-profile projects across London and Central London, while ensuring all systems are installed and commissioned to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:• Commission fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems• Ensure compliance with both company policies and industry regulatory standards• Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and integrity• Work collaboratively within the team to achieve project milestones and objectives• Communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members• Operate independently with attention to detail, while prioritising safety at all times
Qualifications & Skills:• Proven experience in commissioning fire and security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.)• Familiarity with fire panels such as Advanced, Ctec, and Gent• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities• Full UK driving license (essential)
