Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Engineer to work on data centres in West London. This role is ideal for someone with an electrical background, although formal qualifications are not necessary. Experience with Watermist and Gas Suppression systems is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will be working with FireClass, Kentec, and Advanced fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of fire alarm systems in data centre environments.
  • Work with FireClass, Kentec, and Advanced systems, with training provided for all.
  • Participate in a 1-in-4 callout rota.
  • Overtime opportunities available.
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure all systems are maintained to the highest standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Electrical background preferred but formal qualifications not required.
  • Experience with Watermist and Gas Suppression systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of British Standards (BS) is required.
  • Must hold a valid ECS/CSCS card or be willing to qualify for one within the next year.
