The Role:
As a Fire and Security Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security cleints across London and the surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms, CCTV systems, intruder alarms, and access control systems across a wide range of commercial and residential sites.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing and maintaining a variety of fire and security systems (fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control)
- Fault finding and troubleshooting system issues
- Ensuring all work meets current industry standards and regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally on-site
- Participating in an on-call rota, with the opportunity for overtime
What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience working with fire and security systems
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards (BS5839, BS5266, etc.)
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality work and keeping people safe
