- Attend and resolve reactive call-outs for fire and security systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Service and maintain both fire and security systems as required.
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of call-out reports, parts used, and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Proven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer, with a focus on reactive maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and security devices.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
- A full driving license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
