The Fire Safety Consultant will ensure code compliance with current building regulations for new residential and commercial builds.
This primarily remote position requires travel to sites as needed, with the option to work from UK offices.
Candidates must have a minimum of MIFireE and a relevant degree in fire safety or a related field, with a background in Building Control welcomed.
The salary for this position ranges from £55,000 to £65,000, with additional benefits including 25 days annual leave and a car allowance.

The Fire Safety Consultant will be responsible for ensuring code compliance with current building regulations for new residential and commercial builds. This is a primarily remote position, with travel to sites as required, unless you prefer to work from one of our UK offices.

Fire Safety Consultant Responsibilities

Conduct Fire Safety Inspections
Develop fire safety management systems in accordance with British Fire Safety Standards
Review and implement requirements under the new building safety management bill
Prepare Fire Management Plans
Perform Fire Risk Assessments

Qualifications

Minimum of MIFireE
Relevant degree in fire safety or a related field
Background in Building Control is welcomed
