A global provider of high-end consulting and engineering services is seeking a diligent Fire Consultant to join their Fire Safety department.
The Fire Safety Consultant will be responsible for ensuring code compliance with current building regulations for new residential and commercial builds.
This primarily remote position requires travel to sites as needed, or you can choose to work from one of the UK offices.
Candidates should have a minimum of MIFireE and relevant qualifications in fire safety or a related field, with a background in Building Control welcomed.
The salary for this role ranges from £55,000 to £65,000, and the position offers 25 days of annual leave and flexible working arrangements.

Fire Safety Consultant Responsibilities

Conduct Fire Safety Inspections
Develop fire safety management systems in accordance with British Fire Safety Standards
Review and implement requirements under the new building safety management bill
Prepare Fire Management Plans
Perform Fire Risk Assessments

Qualifications

Minimum of MIFireE
Relevant degree in fire safety or a related field
Background in Building Control is welcomed
