Our client is a multi-disciplinary Construction Project Management Consultancy firm with a growing Fire Consultancy Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's growing Fire Consultancy Team. This role can be based in London, Birmingham or Manchester. Our clients work on innovative projects across the building lifecycle, including fire strategies, risk assessments, and compliance for diverse sectors as part of their award-winning multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare fire strategy reports and advise clients on legislation compliance, including the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Order.

* Analyze fire risks and recommend control measures.

* Collaborate with internal design teams and external stakeholders.

* Support inspections, remedial work programs, and Building Regulations approvals.

* Assist with fire risk assessments under BAFE SP205 certified system (if applicable).

Requirements

* Degree in Fire Safety or Fire Risk Engineering is required.

* Membership in the Institution of Fire Engineers (working towards Engineering Council registration preferred).

* In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation, technical standards, and best practices.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and budgets.
