Fire Marshal - Night shifts
London - EAST LONDON
£12.25 + holiday per hour.
We are currently looking for Fire Marshals to work at a large and bustling residential development in East London. This is a patrolling role so you must be physically fit and willing to patrol a large space on a regular basis.
We are looking to speak with individuals who hold a current in date Fire Marshal certificate or alternatively SIA licensed guards willing to train as a fire marshal.
Key responsibilities.
- Monitor alarm systems / CCTV and operate detecting / emergency equipment
- Patrol all areas of the building on a regular basis
- Manage incidents as they arise
- Undertake any other reasonable security functions as required
- Make sure all fire exits, stairwells and corridors are clear from hazardous materials
- Ensure a safe, efficient evacuation
- Assess fire risks.
About you.
- Alert, level-headed, customer focused individual
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Fire safety qualified
- Physically fit and willing to patrol a large site very regularly
- Minimum of 2 years references
- Valid Fire Marshal certificate
