- Attending stock carrying out type 1 FRAs on housing stock
- Occasional FRAs to be carried out on care homes, supported living sites and student accommodation
- Manage works related to fire risk assessments, inspections and surveys
- Produce reports and documentation for work specifications to assist in addressing and resolving issues
- Maintain records of fire risk assessments and related activities
- Level 4 FPA qualified (level 3 accepted when working towards level 4) or equivalent
- Proven track record of FRA delivery
- Working knowledge of legislation and current practices
- Colin Todd specialised certification on purpose block of flats, residential care homes or equivalent would be advantageous
- Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

- Role salary is £34,773 with an additional policy allowance of £11,301 per annum (rising to £36,603 with an additional policy allowance of £11,896 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
- If qualified to FPA Level 4 role salary is £34,773 with an additional policy allowance of £12,702 per annum (rising to £36,603 with an additional policy allowance of £13,371 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
