Job: Fire Risk Assessor Contract: Permanent Hours: 35Location: London N22Salary: £46,074 - £49,974 The role of Fire Risk Assessor will include:
  • Attending stock carrying out type 1 FRAs on housing stock
  • Occasional FRAs to be carried out on care homes, supported living sites and student accommodation
  • Manage works related to fire risk assessments, inspections and surveys
  • Produce reports and documentation for work specifications to assist in addressing and resolving issues
  • Maintain records of fire risk assessments and related activities
 Skills and experiences:
  • Level 4 FPA qualified (level 3 accepted when working towards level 4) or equivalent
  • Proven track record of FRA delivery
  • Working knowledge of legislation and current practices
  • Colin Todd specialised certification on purpose block of flats, residential care homes or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

  • Role salary is £34,773 with an additional policy allowance of £11,301 per annum (rising to £36,603 with an additional policy allowance of £11,896 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
  • If qualified to FPA Level 4 role salary is £34,773 with an additional policy allowance of £12,702 per annum (rising to £36,603 with an additional policy allowance of £13,371 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
