An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fire Risk Assessor with 2 years’ experience in on-site (FRA) inspections and report writing to join a well-established fire protection services provider, offering excellent benefits.

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct fire risk assessments at various properties in London and the Southeast, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prepare detailed reports promptly following assessments, maintaining high accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and the internal team, achieving set KPIs.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience of on-site fire risk assessment (FRA) inspections and report writing.
  • Background with residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Familiarity with Types 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment foundation qualification.
  • Membership with a recognised professional fire safety organisation (e.g., IFE or IFSM).
  • Understanding of the Regulatory Reform (FS) Order 2005 and relevant codes of practice.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and associated guides.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
