Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Type 1 and Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) across a wide range of building types

Conduct site visits to assess fire safety measures, compartmentation, and escape routes
Liaise with clients, building managers, and relevant authorities to ensure safety and compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and industry standards

Required Skills:

IFSM Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Fire Risk Assessment
Proven experience in conducting Type 1 and Type 3 FRAs
Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations
