Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Type 1 and Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) across a wide range of building types
- Prepare detailed and compliant fire safety reports, outlining risks and recommended actions
- Advise clients on fire safety compliance and best practices, ensuring adherence to UK regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess fire safety measures, compartmentation, and escape routes
- Liaise with clients, building managers, and relevant authorities to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and industry standards
Required Skills:
- IFSM Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Fire Risk Assessment
- Proven experience in conducting Type 1 and Type 3 FRAs
- Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
