The Fire Risk Assessor's Role
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct comprehensive Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across residential and commercial properties in areas such as Slough, Reading, and Guildford.
You'll work closely with clients to deliver expert fire safety advice, develop fire management plans, and ensure compliance with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments
- Provide expert fire safety advice and solutions to clients
- Stay updated on fire safety legislation and best practices
- Develop fire safety strategies and management plans
- Identify and propose solutions to fire safety-related challenges
- Support the preparation of policies, procedures, and documentation
The Ideal Fire Risk Assessor Will Have
- Strong interest in fire safety and risk assessment
- Proven experience conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments
- Ability to develop fire safety strategies (training provided)
- Capable of identifying practical solutions to fire safety issues
- Skilled in preparing documents, policies, and procedures
- Committed to career progression within the fire risk assessment industry
