This Foot Mobile role is a Monday - Friday position, working in and around the London area. If successful in this role you will be given the opportunity to be part of a growing business, a business that prides themselves on providing quality workmanship and working with integrity. You will also be joining the company at an exciting time as they are entering a period of growth.
Within this foot mobile role in London you will be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including commercial office buildings and high end residential buildings. You will be working autonomously, and providing varied maintenance services to these clients. Your duties will include:
- Reactive and planned building services maintenance on a diverse portfolio of clients in and around the London area
- Plumbing within commercial buildings
- Fabric maintenance
- Providing high levels of customer care
- Working in a dedicated team of engineers
For this Foot Mobile Engineer role we are looking for:
- Multi skilled building services maintenance experience
- An emphasis on commercial plumbing experience would be ideal
- A plumbing qualification such as a NVQ Level 2 is highly desirable
- A flexible "can do" attitude is essential
- Experience of working in a foot mobile role previously
