Project Scope: Access Audit for 4 Properties
We are looking for a Freelance Building Surveyor to conduct NRAC Access Audits for four properties. The role involves assessing accessibility, identifying barriers, and ensuring compliance with Part M, Part K, Part T, and BS8300:2018 best practices.We require a quote for this project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct NRAC Access Audits covering key areas such as parking, entrances, sanitary facilities, circulation spaces, ramps, and means of escape.
- Assess accessibility for people with physical disabilities, neurodiverse needs, sensory impairments, and dexterity issues.
- Evaluate surfaces, signage, lighting, acoustics, and travel distances.
- Provide reports with recommendations and discuss findings with stakeholders.
- Experience in NRAC Access Audits or equivalent accessibility assessments.
- Strong knowledge of Approved Documents M, K, T and BS8300:2018.
- Ability to produce clear, actionable reports.
- Audit for four properties.
- Provide a quote including follow-up discussions and amendments if required.
- Competitive quotes will be considered based on experience and expertise.
