Interim Building Surveyor (Corporate & Commercial Stock)

Location: London - Remote/Hybrid

Rate: £325/day Inside IR35Contract: 6 months | Local Authority

Panoramic Associates is working with a London-based Local Authority to appoint an Interim Building Surveyor / Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects across the borough.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering the Council's capital works programme, ensuring projects are managed efficiently, safely, and in line with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of building projects-from inception to completion-ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes, budgets, and scope.
  • Conduct building surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify repair and maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and schedules of work.
  • Work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and council policies.
  • Oversee contract administration and support effective budget and resource management.
