Position: Fire Safety Manager

Location: Primarily site-based with 50% of the work on-site and 50% reporting.

Rate: £400-£450 per day Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months contract initially - 4 days per week

Panoramic Associates are currently working with a London Local Authority who are looking for an Interim Fire Safety Manager to join the team to help clear a backlog of fire cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide clear direction to the existing client teams who are handling a backlog of fire safety tasks.
  • Work on 2-3 key pieces of work, primarily focused on assessing and resolving the fire risk backlog.
  • Provide expert oversight and support to contractors in assessing their work and ensuring completion of FRAs.
  • Drive the fire risk assessment process forward and offer guidance, helping navigate the risk and building processes.

To be considered:

  • Experience working within a Council enviroment.
  • Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor qualification is essential.
  • Full UK driving license (Company car can be provided)
  • Can successfully navigate fire risk and building processes with experience in similar environments.
  • Looking for a strong leader who can give clear direction, support contractors, and resolve the backlog.
