An esteemed multi-discipline property and construction consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Fire Engineer to join their innovative and professional team.

The Intermediate Fire Engineer's RoleAs an Intermediate Fire Engineer, you will work closely with clients, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
This role involves conducting risk assessments, advising on cost-effective solutions, and contributing to the development and structure of a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Conduct risk assessments in line with current legislation and best practices
- Provide pragmatic and cost-effective advice to mitigate risks
- Perform Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and compartmentation surveys
- Assist in the management and development of a small team, leveraging leadership skills
- Contribute to refurbishment and recladding projects of various scales
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience with external wall risk assessments and fire protection work
- Proficiency in conducting FRAs and compartmentation surveys
- Knowledge of large and small-scale refurbishment and recladding projects
- Progress toward professional qualifications such as MIFireE, MIFSM, C Build E MCABE, or CEng
- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
