Boden group are currently working in partnership with a leading Surveying consultancy who are looking to recruit M&E Asset Surveyors for a condition program of a large commercial portfolio in Hackney.
In total we are looking for 4 xM&E Surveyors to carry out M&E asset verification and condition surveys.
The successful individuals will be working as part of a team responsible for logging, inspecting and verifying mechanical and electrical and plumbing assets within the Building.
We will ideally be looking for candidates who are qualified within the building services sector either mechanically or electrically, ideally performing this type of work in the past.
All data will be recorded on a PDA device
