Mechanical Construction Manager Opportunity - Tier 1 M&E Contractor - Major Life Sciences Scheme

MK Search arecurrently working with a tier 1 MEP contractor with a turnover of 500m and a big presence in the data centre, commercial and life sciences sectors who are looking to engage with a Mechanical Construction Manager for a brand new 30m M&E value life sciences project in Kings Cross. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the construction of a new research building consisting of multiple laboratory rooms., the project is expected to last until late 2026 and the company in question have plenty of upcoming work.

You will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical packages throughout the full delivery of the project, allowing you to leave your own legacy on the project from the beginning. You will be working with an experienced team of engineers and project managers collaborating to deliver this exciting project.

They have sign off to pay substantial salaries and with additional package benefits, they also offer accommodation and living away allowances for those too far to commute.
