With a strong reputation and an expanding client base, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and drive operational success.

THE ROLE:

As Operations Manager, you will oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations,ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with our Inspection Team Manager, Operations Scheduler, and senior management team to maintain and enhance our reputation as a trusted leader in the fire door inspection industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and operational expertise to make a real impact in a growing sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimise operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and project management for fire door inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead and support a team of inspectors and operational staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic goals.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for an Operations Manager who is driven, highly organised, and committed to excellence. You will have a passion for safety and compliance and bring the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the fire safety or construction industry.
