Passive Fire Coordinator – Clapton – £25,000RGB Network are seeking a Passive Fire Coordinator will be responsible for effectively scheduling and managing subcontractors to carry out passive fire protection tasks across customer contracts. This role ensures that all jobs are efficiently scheduled, completed, and closed out within the required timeframes, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and effective communication with subcontractors, engineers, and customers.Salary Package:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Job Management: Efficiently schedule subcontractors for passive fire protection jobs across customer contracts, ensuring jobs are allocated according to geographical location and availability. Utilize job management systems to track and document the scheduling process.
  • Job Completion and Closure: Ensure that all allocated jobs are completed by subcontractors within the designated timeframes. Follow up and ensure that the scheduling process is properly closed out after job completion.
  • Escalation of Issues: Identify any scheduling issues or concerns that may arise and escalate them to the Field Line Manager for resolution with subcontractors or customers as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks to support the contract, including but not limited to billing, producing work-in-progress (WIP) reports, and maintaining an up-to-date job management system.
  • Status Updates: Ensure that all records in the job management system are accurate and up-to-date, providing regular status updates to relevant teams to maintain smooth operational flow.
  • Customer and Subcontractor Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between the subcontractors, engineers, and customers, ensuring that key information is communicated clearly and promptly.
