As part of their Strategic Asset Management Team, you will contribute to high-profile projects across healthcare, education, public sector, and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed fabric condition surveys across a range of properties.
  • Use a tablet device and in-house asset capture software to collect, analyze, and report data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations on asset condition and maintenance planning.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality outputs that enhance the long-term value and functionality of assets.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience conducting fabric condition surveys.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction, materials, and maintenance requirements.
  • Proficiency with digital survey tools and software for data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently on site and collaboratively within a professional team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to clients and stakeholders.
