Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed fabric condition surveys across a range of properties.
- Use a tablet device and in-house asset capture software to collect, analyze, and report data efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations on asset condition and maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Support the delivery of high-quality outputs that enhance the long-term value and functionality of assets.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience conducting fabric condition surveys.
- Strong technical knowledge of building construction, materials, and maintenance requirements.
- Proficiency with digital survey tools and software for data collection and reporting.
- Ability to work independently on site and collaboratively within a professional team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, CIOB) are desirable but not essential.
