About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Property and Retail Account Executive to support retail and property operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work with stakeholders to enhance performance, ensure compliance, and champion sustainability, directly contributing to tenant relationships and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Retail/Property Business Partners to drive sales and compliance.
• Ensure fire safety, health & safety, and contractual compliance.
• Optimise back-of-house logistics and manage tenant operations.
• Assist in onboarding new business partners and conduct fire risk assessments (training provided).

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in fire safety, health & safety, facilities management, or property operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
