Conduct detailed surveys and valuations of residential properties within London.
Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through property transactions with a focus on personalised service
Maintain and collaborate with key referring partners to enhance business development opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

Holds AssocRICS or MRICS accreditation with two years+ experience in residential property surveying and valuation within London.
Level 2 Building Surveying experience, VRS registered.
Help to buy valuations, lease extension valuations, marriage dispute
Resides within the M25, within easy access to North/East London.
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Passionate about delivering high-quality services and thrives in a hands-on role.
Keen to expand and grow network of clientele and referring partners.
