Vacancy: RICS BUILDING SURVEYOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: West London
Salary: OTE £70k - £80k (Based on experience & ability)
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS Building Surveyor to join a professional expanding professional Property Services company with branches across the UK.
You will have strong Building Surveying Skills in most service areas and be responsible for delivering professional and project services as well as contributing to the growth of the department.
You will be required to work across all sectors and the role will involve the undertaking of an array of building surveying services.

Skills required for this RICS Building Surveyor role will include:
- RICS / MRICS Qualified Building Surveyor
- Minimum 1 years’ experience post qualification.
- Highly motivated individual
- Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
- Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests
- Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
- In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
- Attention to detail/disciplined individual
- A good team player with strong analytical skills
