An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join a highly respected team. Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering core Building Surveying services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and party wall matters.
  • Leading refurbishment and fit-out projects, with full project management responsibilities.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on asset management and property maintenance.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat and new business.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with extensive experience in Building Surveying.
