An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Associate level Building Surveyor to join a multidisciplinary consultancy in South East London renowned for delivering high-quality services across the property and construction sectors. This multidisciplinary consultancy has built a strong reputation for its expertise in surveying, project management, and design services. With a diverse client base and projects spanning commercial, residential, education, and public sectors, the company offers a collaborative and progressive environment that supports professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, you will:

  • Lead and manage a variety of building surveying projects across different sectors.
  • Provide technical expertise, including contract admin, condition surveys, specifications and defect analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their development.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the building surveying division.

Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • MRICS qualification or equivalent. This is ideally required but not essential.
  • Proven experience in building surveying, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and strong client-facing skills.
  • The ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to work.
