An independent Property Consutlancy, based in the heart of London are seeking a Senior Associate Building Surveyor to join their head office in London, joining a social team of 7.

This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Senior Associate Building Surveyor, who is looking for a new challenge, whereby you can help grow the London offering and deliver professional instructions to a range of clients.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Associate Building Surveyor will work with both landlords and tenants clients, developers, occupiers and funders, for both the private and public sectors.

As the chosen Senior Associate Building Surveyor, you will deliver professional instructions from dilapidations and LTA's to contract administration.

Person specification

This role will suit a well-seasoned Senior Associate Building Surveyor, who is commericially-minded and has key client management skills.

• MRICS qualified (Essential)
• RICS accredited degree
• A consultancy, private practice environment experience
• Strong property knowledge and professional instruction bias
