An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a consultancy firm, offering a fully remote working arrangement with coverage across locations from the South Coast to Birmingham. This position is ideal for a Senior or Associate level professional looking for a dynamic and flexible role within an organisation who have growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality building surveying services to a range of clients, including residential, commercial and industrial projects.
  • Manage and lead surveying assignments from inception to completion, including dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration, and party wall matters.
  • Provide expert advice on building defects, condition reports, and asset management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of services that meet client expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified with relevant experience in building surveying.
  • Proven experience in leading building surveys and projects, particularly in dilapidations, defects analysis, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using building surveying software and other relevant tools.
  • Full UK driving licence for site visits and client meetings as required.
