My client are an established, boutique practice, who are now seeking a well-seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to join their team of 8, in their state-of-the-art office, located perfectly in central London.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from a true variety of work, from project management instructions such as fitout and refurbishment on projects up to £10m in value, to delivering professional instructions.

Your role as the new Senior Building Surveyor will not only be to service clients across the commercial, retail, office and industrial sectors, but to support in the development of junior surveyors, supporting their APC learning and driving success.

This role will suit a ground-hitting Senior Building Surveyor, who has a commercial background and is hungry for success.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A commercial sector understanding
