An Independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property consultants, based in North-West  London is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their expert team. The right person would be coming on board with a wealth of experience in Party Wall Matters,  Dilaps, Defect Analysis, Project Management, schedules of works and Pre-acquisition Surveys.

You would be leading a team of 3 surveyors and working across a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. There will be a definite bias towards Party Wall Matters, but also the opportunity to work on Project Management and wider building surveying skills. There are also very clear pathways to progression and development within the team.

You would be joining a busy, friendly office with a great salary package and half days on a Friday!

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years’ experience in Party wall role
  • MRICS beneficial, but not necessary
  • Ability to work autonomously

Salary:

  • £40,000 -£60,000 DOE
