Sonic Summary

An Independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property consultants in North-West London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.
The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in a consultancy setting, with skills in Dilapidations, Defect Analysis, and Project Management.
The role involves working within a team of 7 surveyors on various residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Candidates with MRICS certification are preferred but not mandatory, and the position offers clear pathways for progression.
The salary range for this position is between £55,000 and £75,000, depending on experience.

An Independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property consultants, based in North-West London is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their team. The right person would be coming on board with a experience in Dilaps, Defect Analysis, Pre-acquisition Surveys, Project Management, Contract Admin and Schedules of Works

You would be working in a team of 7 surveyors and working across a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. There are also very clear pathways of progression and development within the team.

Requirements:

4+ Years’ experience as a Building Surveyor in a consultancy setting
MRICS beneficial, but not necessary
Ability to work autonomously

Salary:

£55,000 -£75,000 DOE
