My client, a forward-thinking multi-disciplinary firm renowned for delivering top-tier services across various sectors, is seeking skilled Senior Building Surveyors to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to make an impact in both advisory and project-driven roles, offering a perfect balance of professional services and project management.
The RoleAs a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take on the role of contract administrator, lead consultant, or project manager for projects ranging from £500K to £6m. You will deliver core building surveying services, including defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant matters, and reinstatement cost assessments.
Key Responsibilities:- Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on a wide range of projects.
- Providing core services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and reinstatement cost assessments.
- Managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions.
The ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have:
- MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification experience.
- A strong understanding of JCT contracts (essential).
- A proven track record in managing complex projects and providing tailored solutions to clients.
- A drive to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive team.
- Salary: £75K - £80K, depending on experience and aptitude.
