This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to make an impact in both advisory and project-driven roles, offering a perfect balance of professional services and project management.

The Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take on the role of contract administrator, lead consultant, or project manager for projects ranging from £500K to £6m. You will deliver core building surveying services, including defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant matters, and reinstatement cost assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on a wide range of projects.
  • Providing core services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and reinstatement cost assessments.
  • Managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions.
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have:

  • MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification experience.
  • A strong understanding of JCT contracts (essential).
  • A proven track record in managing complex projects and providing tailored solutions to clients.
  • A drive to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive team.
